		<description>Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB)&#38;nbsp;
1. Leistungen &#38;amp; Hausordnung


Die Hausordnung kann von Framework Berlin jederzeit angepasst werden, solange der Vertragswesenskern unberührt bleibt.



Nutzung ab 18 Jahren; Minderjährige benötigen eine schriftliche Einverständniserklärung eines Erziehungsberechtigten.
Buchungen erfolgen über das Mindbody-System oder vor Ort. Teilnahme nur nach Voranmeldung und bei freien Plätzen.
Karten, Kurse und Mitgliedschaften sind personengebunden und nicht übertragbar.
Framework darf an gesetzlichen Feiertagen sowie bis zu 9 zusätzlichen Tagen pro Jahr (z. B. Renovierungen) schließen.

2. Kurse &#38;amp; Karten


Karten haben eine Laufzeit von 6 Monaten ab Kaufdatum. Nicht genutzte Stunden verfallen danach und werden nicht erstattet.



Neukundenangebote und Sondertarife haben gesonderte Bedingungen.



Kurse finden ab 3 Teilnehmer:innen statt. Bei Absage bis spätestens 12 Std. vorher wird die Stunde gutgeschrieben.



Framework kann Trainer:innen oder Kurszeiten kurzfristig ändern.

3. Mitgliedschaften


Berechtigen zur Buchung von 4–10 Kursen pro Monat (tarifabhängig). Nicht genutzte Stunden verfallen.



Vertragsbeginn jeweils am 1. des Monats.



&#38;nbsp;Widerruf: 14 Tage ab Vertragsschluss, sofern keine Einheit genutzt wurde.



&#38;nbsp;Beiträge sind monatlich im Voraus fällig und werden per SEPA Lastschriftmandat eingezogen.



&#38;nbsp;Rücklastschriften verursachen 10 € Bearbeitungsgebühr.
Bei mehr als einem Monatsbeitrag im Rückstand darf Framework den Restbetrag der Vertragslaufzeit sofort einfordern.
Anpassungen bei Änderungen der Mehrwertsteuer sind zulässig.



4. Pausieren &#38;amp; Kündigung


Einmalige Pause von 4 Wochen pro Jahr möglich.



&#38;nbsp;Beitragsfreie Pausen bei Schwangerschaft oder schwerer Krankheit (Nachweis erforderlich).



&#38;nbsp;Grundlaufzeit: 6 Monate, Kündigungsfrist: 4 Wochen zum Ende der Laufzeit. Danach automatische Verlängerung, kündbar mit 4 Wochen Frist.



5. Stornierungen


Kostenlose Stornierung bis 12 Std. vor Kursbeginn. Danach wird die Stunde abgezogen.
Für Personal Training und Physiotherapie gelten gesonderte Vereinbarungen.



6. Haftung


Framework übernimmt keine Haftung für Wertgegenstände, auch nicht in Spinden.



Framework haftet nicht für Unfälle, die durch eigenes Verschulden oder unsachgemäße Nutzung von Geräten entstehen.



Jede:r Teilnehmer:in ist selbst dafür verantwortlich, gesundheitliche Voraussetzungen für die Teilnahme mit ärztlicher Beratung abzuklären.



Vom Kunden verursachte Schäden sind zu ersetzen.



Bei Betriebsausfällen ohne Verschulden von Framework besteht kein Anspruch auf Schadenersatz.



7. Neukunden


Neukunden müssen 15 Min. vor Kursbeginn erscheinen.



Teilnahme ist nicht möglich bei Erscheinen später als 5 Min. vor Beginn.



8. Datenschutz &#38;amp; Vertragliches


Framework verarbeitet personenbezogene Daten ausschließlich zur Vertragsabwicklung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO).



Kunden müssen Änderungen von Name, Adresse oder Bankverbindung unverzüglich mitteilen.



Es gilt deutsches Recht.



Sollten einzelne Klauseln unwirksam sein, bleibt der Vertrag im Übrigen gültig.

We’re two sisters who founded Framework with the vision of creating a different kind of space in the health and fitness industry. We first discovered Lagree in our hometown Hamburg and were hooked after the very first class. Whenever people ask what Lagree is, we like to say: it’s the closest thing to strength training in a group setting. Knowing the proven benefits of strength training—and the persistent stigma, especially for women, that still surrounds it—we wanted to change the narrative. With Lisanne’s background in physiotherapy and biomechanics, we built Framework to go further: group classes on the Megaformer combined with education that helps you truly understand your body and what’s happening in every movement. ABOUTLagree is a high-intensity, low-impact muscle endurance workout that effectively targets all muscle groups. It is performed on the Megaformer™, a distinctive machine featuring variable spring resistance, a front platform, a moving middle carriage, and a back platform.

The full body workout combines strength and cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and stability through all ranges of motions (ROM’s). The Lagree method focuses on activating slow-twitch muscle fibers, building core strength and lean muscle mass, increasing your afterburn for up to 24 hours after training.
In other words, be prepared to go extra slow, hold positions and feel your body shaking and sweating like you have never done before.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Bring an open-minded attitude and grip socks for your safety on the Megaformer. If you don't have grip socks, don't worry, you can purchase them at our studio. 

HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please arrive 15 minutes early for an overview of the Megaformer, an opportunity to ask questions, and inform us of any injuries.&#38;nbsp; Unfortunately, we cannot accept new clients who arrive just 5 minutes before the class, as we want to ensure your safety and provide you with a proper introduction.

WHAT IF I FEEL CONDUSED DURING THE CLASS?
It's completely normal to feel overwhelmed or confused during your first class, especially with cues and move names. Our instructors will guide you through a sequence of slow and controlled movements, along with fast transitions. Be patient with yourself as you learn. Our small class sizes allow for personalized attention and assistance from our instructors.

I also love how it let’s me „leave reality“ and calms my very busy mind because I‘m so focused. In my head, if monsters attacked the earth and I had to fight along side superheroes to save the planet… I would need a plank :) Everyone needs to learn how to plank for more than a minute. Come on!  During my 4-year study in the Netherlands (B.Sc. in International Physiotherapy), as well as my work experiences in the fields of high-performance sports, chronic pain clinics, and private practice, I have become convinced that the only way to help others is through an in-depth understanding of an individual's problem/history, getting patients actively involved in their own issues is crucial.

Unleashing my patients' full potential and being instrumental in improving their health is the most rewarding part of my job and the reason I love what I’m doing.

Hey there I’m Juni, I am passionate about physiotherapy and personal training.


I love to see my clients achieving their goal, whether it is a pain free life or a better way to move or any other personal target. Over the years of practicing as a physiotherapist, I have come to realize that many of the techniques commonly advocated do not provide long-term benefits. Consequently, I have dedicated myself to seeking out methods that yield lasting results.

MARGOT
My name is Margot, and I am a Level 1 certified Lagree trainer. I am half-French, half-Italian, and have been living in Berlin since 2019. I discovered Lagree as a client in July 2023, and the immediate benefits to my physical health and mindset inspired me to pursue certification, which I achieved in December 2023.


Teaching at the renowned Framework studio in Berlin, I draw on my rich experience and passion for Lagree to bring out the best in each client. I often teach in the mornings on weekends at our two studios in Xberg and Pberg.


My motivation to offer personal training in Lagree stems from my commitment to tailoring sessions to individual needs, focusing on motivation, adaptability, and a supportive environment. I aim to empower clients to push their limits and achieve lasting results, whether they are Lagree novices or professional athletes. My sessions are designed to be a safe space for personal growth, offering both challenge and inspiration.

CELIAHi there lovely 😊 I’m Celia, I’m a certified Level 2 Lagree instructor with two years of experience as a trainer at Framework. 

Often, fitness goals can be elusive because the “how” is unclear. My approach to personal training helps demystify how to reach the goal and makes it feel not only achievable, but truly possible. I specialize in the sweet spot between torture and soft motivation. 

My dance background deeply influences my teaching practice: I’m highly attentive to form and alignment to maximize effectiveness, I focus on functional strength building to compliment existing movement patterns, and I prioritize building workouts that allow you to enter a flow state. My goal is for you to leave a session feeling both accomplished and also more grounded and calm than when you arrived.
