AGB

Framework Berlin may adjust the house rules at any time, as long as the core of the agreement remains unchanged.
Use of the studios is permitted from 18 years of age. Minors require written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Bookings are made through the bsport booking system or on site. Participation is only possible with a prior booking and subject to available spots.
Class packs, courses and memberships are personal and non-transferable.
Framework may close on public holidays and on up to 9 additional days per year (for example for renovations).

Class packs are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Unused classes expire afterwards and will not be refunded.
Introductory offers and special rates are subject to separate conditions.
Classes take place with a minimum of 2 participants. If you cancel no later than 12 hours before the class, the class is credited back to your account.
Framework may change trainers or class times at short notice.

Memberships entitle you to book 4 to 10 classes per month, depending on the rate. Unused classes expire.
The contract always begins on the 1st of the month.
Right of withdrawal: 14 days from conclusion of the contract, provided no class has been used.
Fees are due monthly in advance and are collected by SEPA direct debit.
Failed direct debits incur a €10 processing fee.
If more than one monthly fee is outstanding, Framework may demand the remaining amount for the contract term immediately.
Adjustments in the event of changes to VAT are permitted.

A one-time pause of 4 weeks per year is possible.
Pauses without fees are granted during pregnancy or serious illness (proof required).
Minimum term: 6 months, notice period: 4 weeks to the end of the term. Afterwards the contract renews automatically and can be cancelled with 4 weeks notice.

Free cancellation up to 12 hours before the start of the class. After that, the class is deducted from your account.
Separate agreements apply to personal training and physiotherapy.

Framework accepts no liability for valuables, including items stored in lockers.
Framework is not liable for accidents caused by the participant's own fault or by improper use of the equipment.
Every participant is responsible for clarifying with medical advice whether they meet the health requirements to take part.
Damage caused by customers must be compensated.
In the event of operational disruptions for which Framework is not at fault, there is no entitlement to compensation.

New customers must arrive 15 minutes before class starts.
Participation is not possible if you arrive later than 5 minutes before the start.

Framework processes personal data exclusively for the performance of the contract (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR).
Customers must notify us promptly of any changes to their name, address or bank details.
German law applies.
Should individual clauses be invalid, the remainder of the contract stays valid.
