FAQ

What is the difference between Lagree and Pilates?+

Lagree is a high-intensity muscle endurance workout on the Megaformer, using spring-based tension and bodybuilding principles to fatigue the muscles. Slow movements at a fast pace limit breaks and keep the heart rate up. Reformer Pilates uses a different machine and is less intense, focusing on core stability and alignment rather than strength-building.

Who can participate in the training?+

All fitness levels are welcome, we give plenty of modification options to make each move harder or easier. Please tell your trainer about any limitations or injuries. For serious medical conditions, check with your doctor first.

Are classes taught in German?+

By default our classes are taught in English.

How and when can I sign up for a class?+

Book through the schedule on this site, where you’ll be redirected to bsport, or directly in the bsport / Framework app. Create an account once and you’re set. The monthly schedule is published in advance so you can plan.

I’m pregnant, can I still take a class?+

Congratulations. If you took Lagree regularly before your pregnancy you can continue as long as you feel comfortable and have your doctor’s approval; we recommend at least one 1:1 session with our pregnancy-specialised physiotherapists. If you’re new to Lagree, we require a minimum of two private classes first. Post-birth, doctors typically advise waiting 8 weeks after a vaginal birth and 10–12 weeks after a c-section.

How often should I take classes?+

It depends on your level, lifestyle and goals. The targeted muscle fibres recover quickly, so daily is possible, but if you’re new, take a rest day while your body adjusts. For the best results we suggest at least three classes a week.

Do you offer private sessions?+

Yes. Email hello@frameworkberlin.com and we’ll find a time that works for you.

What is your late policy?+

We have a zero-tolerance late policy. New clients arrive 15 minutes early; regulars no later than 5 minutes before. Doors close when class begins and late arrivals lose their reservation.

What is your cancellation policy?+

Cancel up to 12 hours before class to keep your credit. With less than 12 hours’ notice the credit is forfeited. Cancellations are not accepted by email, please use your account or the bsport app.
