The Prenatal Strength Program is a small-group, strength-based movement program for pregnant people who want to continue training with confidence, clarity, and support.
The program combines strength training, prenatal-specific adaptations, and professional coaching by experienced trainers and physiotherapists. It challenges outdated assumptions about pregnancy and movement while respecting individual needs, medical considerations, and real-life capacity.
Who is this program for?
With the support of lululemon, this program is designed to expand access to high-quality prenatal training, particularly for people who currently face barriers to traditional fitness or rehabilitation settings such as financial constraints or limited availability of prenatal-specific support.
