Framework is a boutique fitness studio that offers a unique blend of Lagree™ and active physiotherapy. Lagree is a highly intensive full-body muscle endurance training carried out on the Megaformer™. The method focuses on activating slow-twitch muscle fibers, building core strength and lean muscle mass, increasing the afterburn effect for up to 24 hours after training.
We offer group classes, personal training, and physiotherapy sessions with a modern approach, empowering you.

Q: Where to find us:
A: Our studio is located at Ritterstraße 12-14. You'll find us in the second courtyard, in the souterrain on the left-hand side.

Q: What to expect at Framework?
A: Our Lagree Classes are designed to build muscle endurance by targeting specific muscle fibers, which will push you to your limits in a way you may not have experienced before. Additionally, we offer personal training session on and off the Megaformer as well as individualised physiotherapeutic sessions that are evidence-based and tailored to meet your specific needs.

Q: What is the difference between Lagree and Pilates?
A: Lagree is a high-intensity muscle endurance workout performed on the so-called Megaformer, which uses spring-based tension and principles of bodybuilding to fatigue the muscles and create maximum effects. The workout involves slow movements done at a fast pace to limit breaks and keep the heart rate up. On the other hand, while reformer Pilates is also a great form of exercise, it involves a different machine and is less intense, with a focus on core stability and alignment rather than strength-building

Q: Who can participate in the training?
A: We welcome all Fitness levels are give many modification options in our classes to make it harder or easier.
Please inform the trainer about any limitations or injuries you might have, so we can address your needs accordingly. For any serious medical conditions please check in with you doctor before attending our classes.

Q: Are all classes taught in german?
A: By default, our classes are taught in English.

Q: How and when can I sign up for a class?
A: To sign up for a class, simply visit our website where you will be redirected to Mindbody or just book directly through the Mindbody app.
From there, you can create an account and start booking your preferred classes. Our monthly schedule will be available on our website for you to plan ahead.

Q: Its my first time - what do I need to consider before taking the class?
A: We want you to have the best experience possible, so please arrive 15 minutes early before your class. This will give our trainer enough time to introduce you to the workout and ensure you are comfortable with the equipment. Unfortunately, we cannot accept new clients who arrive just 5 minutes before the class, as we want to ensure your safety and provide you with a proper introduction. Also, please make sure to bring grip socks for your workout on the Megaformer. Don't worry if you don't have any, you can purchase them at our studio.

Q: I am pregnant, can I still participate in a class?
A: Congratulations! If you were regularly taking Lagree  classes before your pregnancy, you can continue to attend them as long as you feel comfortable and have your doctor's approval.  We do recommend taking at least one 1:1 session with our pregnancy-specialized physiotherapists to go through all the important aspects of training/modification on the Megaformer.

If you're new to Lagree, we require a minimum of 2 private classes to help you get familiar with the method in a safe manner.

Please remember to consult your physician before engaging in any post-pregnancy activity. Typically, doctors advise waiting at least 8 weeks after vaginal birth and 10-12 weeks after a c-section. Be gentle with your body and take your time easing back into a workout routine.

Q: How often should I take classes?
A: To be honest, how often you attend our classes depends on your fitness level, lifestyle, and goals. It is possible to come every day since the targeted muscle fibers do not need a lot of time to recover. However, if you are new to the workout, we recommend taking a rest day to allow your body to adjust. To see the best results, we suggest attending at least 3 classes per week.

Q: Do you offer private sessions?
A:   Yes, we offer private sessions. Please contact us via email at hello@frameworkberlin.com, and we'll be happy to find a time that works for you.

Q: Late Policy
A: At Framework, we value everyone's time and safety. In order to respect this, we have a zero-tolerance late policy. If you're a new client, we kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes early. For our regular clients, we recommend arriving no later than 5 minutes prior to the start of class.

Please note that the doors will be closed when the class begins, and if you arrive late, we will have to cancel your reservation for that class. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and efficient environment for everyone.

Q: Cancellation Policy
A: To prevent losing your credit, you can cancel your reserved classes up to 12 hours before the class starts. However, if you cancel with less than 12-hour notice, the credit from your package will be forfeited. Please note that we do not accept cancellations via email. Kindly cancel your reservation using your account on our website or Mindbody App.

Q: “First timer special” Policy
Our first-timer special is valid for two weeks, during which you can book two classes. The two-week period begins after your first booking. If you wish to attend an earlier class, you must cancel your initial booking before rescheduling. Please note that this package cannot be shared.

Q: Classpass reservations
A: Please note that ClassPass manages all reservations and cancellations as a third-party booking system. As a result, we are unable to modify or adjust any ClassPass bookings. If you encounter any issues with your ClassPass booking, please address them directly with ClassPass, as we do not have the authority or ability to make any changes.

Q: How to redeem a gift card
A: If your gift card was redeemed at the studio, you need to write an email to "hello@frameworkberlin.com," and we will redeem the amount on your or the recipient's account.
If you purchased the gift card online, the recipient will have a gift card number. To make use of the gift card, the recipient needs to have an account with Mindbody and use the Mindbody app (this doesn’t work on the website). When buying a service, you have the option to use your gift card at the checkout by entering your gift card number.

Q: Refund policy
A: Feel free to cancel your courses online at no cost up to 12 hours before the course begins. However, if you can't make it after this time, kindly note that one full hour will be deducted from your customer account. We appreciate your understanding.

Q: What to bring to physiotherapy ?
A: A towel and sportswear/comfortable clothing

Q: Do you take referrals from doctors?
A: We operate as a private practice and exclusively accept referrals from private insurance or on a self-pay basis. 

Q: How long is one therapy session?
A: We usually do 60 minute sessions, longer sessions on request!
